CURRENT SITUATION<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
Today, I\u2019m sharing with you, in the most direct way I know of…
\nhow to deal with THE CORE ISSUE facing our beleaguered Constitutional Republic\u2026<\/h5>\n
\n

Our Increasing Loss of Control over Our Lives.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

Fence Menders is based on the simple yet powerful legal premise that \u2018We the People\u2019 are the ultimate authority and have ultimate ownership and control over our County, State and National government.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It recognizes that our elected officials\u00a0 \u2014through political party collusion\u2014\u00a0 have continually and blatantly violated their Oaths… and strayed outside of their clearly defined Constitutional Fence creating a strangling amount of unconstitutional restrictions on US.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It calls on all Americans to band together to repair our Constitutional Fence\u2026 by holding office-holders accountable to the Oaths… which ultimately would return our government to a limited and balanced Federal, Constitutional Republic.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In other words, to reign in the political parties and put our clearly defined governmental process back inside The Fence, thereby regaining our lost liberties and freedoms.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Deferred Maintenance Needed<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Why is this necessary?\u00a0\u00a0 Call it deferred maintenance\u2026 needed because various past generations neglected their duty to maintain this clearly defined Fence. \u00a0These generational neglects created huge incursions in our lives, our liberties, and consequently our happiness.\u00a0 Their neglect let the political parties breach The Constitutional Fence and freely roam outside of it\u2026 to our detriment.<\/p>\n

The current crisis again makes it abundantly clear that there are a multitude of very serious breaks in our Constitutional Fence\u2026 and as a result, more freedoms \u2014and lives\u2014 are again being sacrificed and lost under the guise of crisis.<\/p>\n

Potential Initial Discomfort<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

CAUTION: The following analysis may create feelings of discomfort,
\neven adverse reactions in some people\u2026
\nbecause of the profoundly deep conditioning they\u2019ve experienced over their lifetime
\nregarding party identity, participation and loyalty.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To some, what I\u2019m proposing might create outright resentment\u2026 and I\u2019m sorry if that\u2019s the case\u2026 but please read on, as this is critical to understand.<\/p>\n

If you have any of these feelings, I ask you to sincerely look at what you value the most\u2026 what truly matters the most\u2026 allegiance to our founding principles, our ideals, and freedoms\u2026 our Constitution… or allegiance to a deeply ingrained political habit or pattern.<\/p>\n

By way of comparison, think of lifestyle patterns and ingrained habits that are not serving you well.\u00a0 Are you going to maintain loyalty to them just because they\u2019re deeply ingrained habits\u2026 even if they are killing you?\u00a0 I hope and pray that our current plight has profoundly more impact on you than other deep-seated patterns and habits.<\/p>\n

The Elephant In The Room<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

I am amazed that no one is willing to call out the political parties as the source of all of our current problems… so I will do it here!<\/strong>\u00a0 It’s now time to stop being silent about the damage they’ve done and continue to do to our Constitutional Republic.\u00a0 Over several generations, the two major political parties have colluded to exclude any other organized attempts to infringe on their monopoly.<\/p>\n

The result?\u00a0 They have quietly added a new dimension to our governmental landscape.\u00a0 Through persistent, generational conditioning, they have quietly inserted themselves into the clearly defined original and balanced process\u2026 and they would now have US believe that they ARE the government\u2026 the only choice \u2018We the People\u2019 have!<\/p>\n

Instead of just \u2018We the People’ and those we directly elected to represent US and manage our three branches of government\u2026 the political parties have deftly inserted themselves between US and our Constitutionally described elected officials and created an entirely new and unnecessary level of unilateral control, an all-powerful, unconstitutional executive branch.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

This started during our second Civil War (1861-1865), and has been building since then.\u00a0 The creation and use of a dangerous new version of Executive Orders<\/span><\/a> \u2014a political party coup\u2014 summarily destroyed our balanced and limited government.<\/p>\n

These edicts \u2014that operate under ‘Color of Law’\u2014
\ncause wholesale destruction of our Constitutional Fence.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

States\u2019 Adrift<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The late 1800s were turbulent… with many crises that afforded both ruthless business magnates and the political parties the opportunity to further their stranglehold and control.\u00a0 This created resentment… and the resulting pushback \u2014called the Populist Revolt<\/a>\u2014 <\/a>\u00a0resulted in hastily concocted and sweeping changes to their political landscape.<\/p>\n

Toward the end of the Populist Revolt (in 1913), a profoundly damaging event happened… the newly strengthened, post-war political parties concocted and passed the 17th<\/sup> amendment.\u00a0 \u00a0With it, the political parties backhandedly removed the Sovereign States from their Constitutional place in the Federal Congress.\u00a0 With this questionable legislation, the 2 major political parties deftly inserted themselves into a position of direct control by substituting their politically controlled Senators into this critical role.<\/p>\n

The Result?\u00a0 Today, the 2 major political parties \u2014through their national Senators\u2014 occupy and unilaterally control the U.S. Senate.\u00a0 Please let this sink in…<\/p>\n

THE POLITICAL PARTIES UNILATERALLY SELECT, ELECT AND CONTROL THE SENATE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These \u2018new\u2019 Senators have NO DIRECT CONNECTION OR ACCOUNTABILITY to the States they purportedly represent.\u00a0 Consequently, the Sovereign States have NO REPRESENTATION in our current National Congress\u2026 they are NOT an active part of the national decision-making process.<\/p>\n

Think about this… <\/span><\/em>
\nThe PRIMARY reason for a Federal Constitution was for States to create a forum to deal with their collective issues… <\/span><\/em>
\nBUT the 17th amendment literally denies the States any ability to represent themselves in this forum!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Over several generations, the political parties have quietly and firmly entrenched themselves in this artificially created position of gatekeeper between \u2018We the People\u2019 and our government.<\/p>\n

As a result, today,<\/em> ‘We the Peoples\u2019 State Governments have no direct access to or control over our Federal Government!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This is dangerous to anyone who cherishes the concept of our People controlled Constitutionally limited government\u2026 who cherish our liberties and our ability to live freely.\u00a0 They discretely accomplished this, over several generations, through social conditioning.<\/p>\n

Social Conditioning<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

We tend to discount social conditioning and its effect on us\u2026 but we shouldn\u2019t, as this subtle and powerful form of ingrained habit-making literally run all aspects of our lives.\u00a0 Most of our choices\u2026 from personal habits, to foods, to relationships, to social conduct are created by this form of mostly unconscious conditioning\u2026 and managing our governmental relationships are no different.\u00a0 When social conditioning extends beyond a single generation then it has a multi-generational impact.<\/p>\n

Generational Impact<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Generational impact is something that the political party system capitalizes on.\u00a0 They count on the fact that people from one generation forget what a previous generation thought or did.\u00a0 They use this ‘lapse’\u00a0 to quietly and effortlessly gain control over critical parts of our freedoms… sometimes by passing ‘future laws’… ones that quietly take effect years or decades into the future.<\/p>\n

The political parties have also deftly conditioned \u2018We the People\u2019 to believe that managing our government is beyond our comprehension… that they will do it for you because they want the best for you\u2026 but, I can assure you, they do NOT… and managing it is apparently beyond them too.\u00a0 Their goal is unilateral control\u2026 through excessive top-down rules that strip away our choices… and they prove it every chance they get.\u00a0 If we stop watching their lips and start watching their actions, it becomes obvious.<\/p>\n

The political parties have also deftly conditioned a majority of the people in our country to literally run away whenever political or governmental matters arise\u2026 thereby assuring themselves complete and total control over the process that \u2018Citizens\u2019 rely on.<\/p>\n

\u2018We the People\u2019\u2026
\nthe true Sovereign Owners of this country\u2026
\nare in a very dangerous place today.\u00a0 <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve allowed this malevolent group to gain control of our rights and plunder this country.\u00a0 Past crises afforded them the opportunity to solidify their control and grip over US\u2026 and the current Crisis is no different.<\/p>\n

This current, manufactured health crisis is even more insidious… as it further reveals the colluded political party’s true intents and purposes\u2026 to further subjugate both Sovereigns and \u2018Citizens\u2019<\/span><\/a> of America alike\u2026 to effectively destroy any semblance of our unique Constitutional Republic\u2026 by eliminating our most basic freedom \u2014the ability to freely choose for ourselves<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Constitutional Loyalties<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

I pray that you now recognize that party loyalties fly in the face of Constitutional loyalty\u2026 that the only allegiance any of us who claim to be Americans should have, is allegiance to our unique Constitutional Republic… as penned in our founding principles and documents!<\/p>\n

The very same allegiance declared by Patriots throughout our history. \u00a0The very same allegiance declared by those who took an Oath to stand in harms\u2019 way\u2026 or have made the ultimate sacrifice defending and upholding this loyalty Oath.<\/p>\n

I can assure you that our founders did not give even the slightest inclination toward, or approval of, political parties\u2026 actually quite the contrary.\u00a0 Many references by prominent founding members dissuade any practical need or use of them.\u00a0 They specifically set up our Constitutional Republic to operate without political parties!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ELECTIONS \u2014 THEN & NOW<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Finally, one of the most profound controls the political parties have gained over all of US, both Sovereigns and ‘Citizens’<\/span><\/a>\u00a0alike, is the Election Process.<\/p>\n

Then<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Originally, the Peoples\u2019 participation in their Republic\u2019s elections only required electing their Federal Representative every 2 years\u2026 that was it… only one local election to choose their direct voice and visibility in the Federal Congress.<\/p>\n

The States, before they lost control of their Senators through the 17th<\/sup> Amendment, appointed Senators to represent their State in the Federal Congress… thus providing each State direct access and participation in this most important national forum.<\/p>\n

The Presidential election was done exclusively through a non-partisan process using Electors chosen by the States\u2026 to eliminate any nationally controlled abuse or spectacle.\u00a0 These electors were chosen from community leaders who demonstrated moral qualities… and they could NOT have any described political affiliations!!<\/p>\n

Now<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

By changing this process from one of local, non-partisan elections, to one with strict partisan participation requirements\u2026 they have bastardized the founders\u2019 version of this essential process\u2026 thereby monopolizing their control over our entire government structure. \u00a0Now, narrowly defined parameters and huge sums of money are required to be a part of their exclusive national stage\u2026 resulting in poor choices, gridlock, and chaos.<\/p>\n

Sadly, the current process is so far removed from the original that the founders would not recognize it at all.\u00a0 There is no comparison to, or hope of salvaging, the original process in its present form. \u00a0Our only hope rests in the removal of the political party\u2019s control so \u2018We the People\u2019 can reinstate the original intent, simplicity, and limitations.<\/p>\n

THE BOTTOM LINE<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

From my comprehensivist viewpoint, the following points are quite evident…<\/p>\n

‘We the People’, as the Sovereign Owners are the ultimate authority over any created government.<\/strong><\/h6>\n
