Founders\u2019 Warnings<\/span><\/h2>\n

One of the greatest gifts our Founders left us was a clear and concise written record of their thoughts and actions regarding the unique Republic they formed, how to manage it – and most importantly \u2013 how to preserve it.<\/p>\n

A number of these were warnings\u2026 which went hand-in-hand with the government they created\u2026 a government uniquely structured with no official party standing.\u00a0\u00a0 They experienced firsthand the inequity that results from party controlled government, and their solution was to create an entirely new system\u2026 a system of self-government with NO party affiliations.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Founders\u2019 warnings took on many tones\u2026 from suggestions to dire warnings\u2026 advocating for peaceful protest up to armed rebellion\u2026 that\u2019s how much discontinuing political party involvement meant to them.<\/p>\n

While there are hundreds of quotes\u2026 here are a few on the Parties.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe alternate triumphs of different parties \u2026 make the public administration the mirror of the ill-concerted and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans digested by common counsels.\u201d ~ George Washington<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cThe common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it.\u201d~ George Washington<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201c[The spirit of party] serves always to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration. It agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another.\u201d~ George Washington<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cOnly a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters. \u201d\u00a0\u00a0 –Benjamin Franklin<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”\u00a0\u00a0 \u2014 Benjamin Franklin<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“When once a republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles; every other correction is either useless or a new evil.”\u00a0 \u2014 Thomas Jefferson<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments by those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations. … The means of defense against foreign danger historically have become the instruments of tyranny at home\u2026\u00a0 If tyranny and oppression come to this land, it will be under the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.” \u00a0\u00a0— President James Madison<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Their sobering thoughts give clear insight into their collective wisdom\u2026 to their extensive study of human nature\u2026 and to the reasons they specifically formed our Republic the way they did. Jefferson\u2019s admonition of \u201cremoving the corruption and restoring its lost principles\u201d is an accurate foretelling of our current plight.<\/p>\n

Warnings Unheeded<\/span><\/h2>\n

Sadly, human nature being what it is\u2026 the first generations soon reverted back to their old habits.\u00a0 Their experiential past was so deeply rooted in party affiliations and party loyalties that these habits readily resurfaced\u2026 no doubt encouraged by those who were recently disenfranchised from these powerful positions.\u00a0 Evidently the founders\u2019 messages and warnings were not enough to counter the deep seated patterns of the people.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve personally researched this, and can verify that initial voting records showed that there were no party affiliations associated with any candidates for the various offices\u2026 until 1832\u2026 then they re-emerged…\u00a0 the founders\u2019 vision lasted only 40 years!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The rest\u2026 as they say\u2026 is history. The slow and steady rise in power and control over the American people and the people\u2019s government has been relentless\u2026 and always cleverly masked in a shroud of sincerity.\u00a0 Acting as if they care, the two major political parties have grown our governmental process into a fiscally and socially dangerous entity\u2026 all with the net effect of setting aside the Constitution.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0 The growth of the national government is a testament to their deceit. \u00a0They show their true intent and purpose through complete control over this country\u2026 turning it \u2013 and us \u2013 into fractured, chaotic groups\u2026 each fearing the other.<\/p>\n

So\u2026 it\u2019s quite obvious that \u201cWe\u201d \u2013 the current generations of Americans \u2013 have also failed to heed their warnings\u2026 if \u201cWe\u201d ever knew them.\u00a0 Sadly, most of the educational structure in place today does not teach this\u2026 Is this another outgrowth of political party control?\u00a0 After all, teaching young people their rights and responsibilities as outlined in our Constitutional framework conflicts with party loyalty and control.<\/p>\n

It should be quite obvious that \u201cWe\u201d have degenerated into a fear-dominated, collection of un-communicating and distracted groups, solely interested in our intellectual principles and material life…\u00a0 with little care for our Spiritual oneness and likeness. \u00a0\u201cWe\u201d appear to be ignorant of the wolf at the door\u2026 and the impending loss of the scant few remaining freedoms.\u00a0 \u201cWe\u201d are on the verge of fulfilling the quote by Benjamin Franklin of trading \u201csafety\u201d for liberty\u2026 as if what \u201cWe\u201d have today even resembles safety.<\/p>\n

Recent Warnings<\/span><\/h2>\n

Over the years, government watchdog groups and respected newspapers have exposed this corruption\u2026 and the result?\u00a0 The political party machine creates another distraction\u2026 another crisis\u2026 and the short attention span of the citizenry coupled with the overwhelming amount of other distractions predictably makes these potentially life-altering expos\u00e9s disappear.<\/p>\n

As with all patterns, other tell-tail signs emerge\u2026 this one can be found by looking at the players within the political parties.\u00a0 Those who foisted this deceit upon the unsuspecting people are rewarded for their efforts\u2026 in the form of money, possessions and notoriety akin to royalty.\u00a0 Many stories have been written describing how politicians leave government service very wealthy and powerful.\u00a0 These stories are so prolific\u2026 so common\u2026 that \u201cWe the people\u201d don\u2019t even hear them anymore\u2026 or if we do, they only serve as fodder for sarcastic or cryptic remarks.\u00a0 They are just another blip on the radar of the chaos that\u2019s become our political landscape.<\/em><\/p>\n

Peaceful Solution<\/span><\/h2>\n

I\u2019ve studied our Republics\u2019 dilemma for several decades, looking for definitive solutions\u2026 solutions that are peaceful and constructive\u2026 and avoids physical or armed confrontation.\u00a0 The one that emerges is to seek recourse in the least damaged foundational branch\u2026 the third branch of our Constitutional government\u2026 the Courts\u2026 by filing a Class Action lawsuit<\/em>.<\/p>\n

What I propose is the ultimate Class Action lawsuit\u2026 in which the People, organized under the subdivisions of their respective States, bring suit against the two major political parties \u2013 at every level.\u00a0 This suit should focus on the damage caused by the political parties to our Constitutional Republic.\u00a0 It should focus on the abdication of fiduciary responsibility\u2026 the usurpation and unilateral control of governmental offices\u2026 and alienation of Americans, either directly or through their respective states.\u00a0 It should include clauses covering monetary damages and equitable relief against the Political Parties and their representatives who unscrupulously gained from their positions within these parties at the peoples\u2019 expense, and \u2013 as importantly \u2013 to prevent any future repeat of the situation.<\/p>\n

Adhering to the time honored and effective principles of \u201cfollow the money\u201d and \u201chit them in the pocketbook\u201d\u2026 the purpose of this people-oriented lawsuit would be to strip the two major political parties of their authority, power, and ill-gotten gain\u2026 to expose them for the fraud they perpetrated on the American population\u2026 and ultimately create an awareness that discredits them to hopefully – and finally – remove them from our governmental landscape.\u00a0 Ultimately it would also restore the authority, power and ill-gotten gains to the States and their people.<\/p>\n

Two things are needed:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A high profile Class Action litigator, who would organize the respective states and hopefully their States\u2019 Attorney Generals to become part of this action;<\/li>\n
  2. American\u2019s participation, encouragement and approval\u2026 lots of all three!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Involving the individual States’ Attorney Generals may be challenging since a majority are political party elected positions\u2026 which further defines the severity of the problem\u2026 that the chief law enforcement officer has party affiliations<\/em>.\u00a0 Actually, this could serve as a litmus test to either their Constitutional or Party loyalties\u2026 either way the people win.<\/p>\n

    Whether you are currently active, passive, or not involved in our governmental process, you owe it to yourself\u2026 your children\u2026 your ancestors\u2026 to all those who took an oath…\u00a0 to those who currently serve, have served and\/or died to uphold their oath to our Constitution…\u00a0 all of them call out to you to help resurrect our heavily damaged Republic and dormant Constitution<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    \u201cWe\u201d –the current generations– have inherited this responsibility…\u00a0 it\u2019s up to us to uphold this worthwhile tradition of citizen involvement and correct these serious and potentially fatal flaws to our Republic.<\/p>\n

    The Founders are still encouraging us through their writings\u2026 to preserve this most unique form of self-government\u2026 formed by men of exceptional Spiritual guidance\u2026 for all of mankind\u2019s benefit\u2026 because the Republic of the United States of America is not only a living testament to their principles, it is also a beacon to the world.<\/p>\n

    It shows that such forms of honorable self-government are not only possible, but that they can exist and thrive, with the diligence and watchfulness of\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
