style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>Report Submitted 3\/10\/2025<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">OBSERVATIONS FROM MY RECON LOCATION \u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>I have an urgent message for anyone who considers themselves a friend to the former American Constitutional Republic, and wants to help preserve any semblance of its unique structure and protections.<\/p>\n<p>The authoritarian, angry group \u2014led by Donald J Trump (DJT) who took over the positions of power and TRUST within the District of Columbia\u2014 is chaotically, haphazardly, and indiscriminately paralyzing the legislatively mandated governmental processes.<\/p>\n<p>As you may recall, the District of Columbia is not part of the Union of States.\u00a0 <em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/can-dc-be-a-state\/\">See District of Columbia<\/a>)<\/em>\u00a0 It was created by agreement of the several States to be the legally separate domicile for the newly created and subordinate governmental structure conceived during the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5><em>The District of Columbia was specifically conceived and established to be a visible and separate legal subdivision, to be the exclusive domicile of the newly created State\u2019s management system.\u00a0 As such it had no direct jurisdiction over any of the States\u2026 in actuality the States have joint authority and jurisdiction over it, as clearly outlined in the Constitution.<\/em><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Why do I bring this up?\u00a0 Because it is vitally important to recognize that different legal jurisdictions matter\u2026 the District of Columbia is a completely different and separate jurisdiction from the States.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">WHOLESALE CHAOS<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>This is the 7<sup>th<\/sup> week anniversary of their new term, and it appears that domestic as well as international chaos is the only consistent and discernable thread.<\/p>\n<p>Domestically, DJT has dramatically overstepped his constitutional Executive Authority, issuing a slew of unconstitutional Executive Orders\u2026 ostensibly polarizing and disrupting the legal protocols established by the legislative branch.\u00a0 The result is cataclysmic disruptions within many vital, legislatively mandated agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Internationally, DJT has systematically disrupted generations\u2019 old relationships with Allies\u2026 violated and altered trade agreements\u2026 and threatened wars and seizing other nation\u2019s sovereign territories.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">CONNECTING THE DOTS<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In watching the enormous amount of conflicting topics and directions being presented, the only continuous thread that I can see is that DJT\u2019s goal is to either severely damage or destroy America\u2019s credibility and longstanding alliances\u2026 on EVERY level possible\u2026 as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>That would account for him;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>turning his back on trade agreements, NATO alliances, and our continental neighbors\u2026<\/li>\n<li>arbitrarily using tariffs to destabilize economies and currencies\u2026<\/li>\n<li>threatening other sovereign nations with invasion or wars\u2026<\/li>\n<li>and most grievously, abruptly curtailing and denying critical aid and support to an established ally in deference to an established foe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If that is DJT\u2019s plan, it appears to me that it\u2019s working\u2026 as he has turned staunch allies and partners into wary and retaliatory foes\u2026 essentially isolating America \u2014all while saber-rattling\u2014 and inviting world-wide conflict by aligning with authoritarian regimes.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5><em>These do not appear to be the actions of a reasonable and sane person\u2026<br \/>\nas a reasonable person would not create so much simultaneous chaos\u2026<br \/>\nthereby exposing and isolating our country through simultaneous regional, financial, and military conflicts.<\/em><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">RANDOM OR PLANNED CHAOS<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The topic of debate surrounding DJT\u2019s Executive actions fall into two categories\u2026 random chaos or planned chaos\u2026 with both having serious ramifications.<\/p>\n<p>Random chaos follows DJT\u2019s past management styles.\u00a0 Besides being profoundly self-centered, he takes everything personally \u2014he is very thin-skinned\u2014 so many of his responses are reactionary.\u00a0 If it\u2019s verbal\u2026 the diatribes and language are appalling and vile.\u00a0 If it\u2019s actionable\u2026 it typically takes the form of retribution\u2026 exacting some form of revenge and punishment.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever his methods\u2026 they are completely destructive and divisive\u2026 and are the polar opposite methods demanded by this high office\u2026 whose leadership role should create and inspire confidence, trust and continuity.<\/p>\n<p>If his actions are planned chaos, then we Sovereign Citizen Owners have a hard decision to make\u2026 and we need to do it ASAP.\u00a0 A consensus must be reached and conveyed to our Congressional representatives, so they can create the legislative remedy necessary to reign in such destructive behavior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">REMEDY READILY AVAILABLE<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Constitution provides an immediate and decisive remedy\u2026 and it is available through the legislative processes of the House of Representatives and the Senate, as outlined in Article 1 of the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>In order for this to have the proper effect, both the House and Senate must be urged by you \u2014their bosses\u2014 to act in a non-partisan way\u2026 to create swift and actionable legislative measures.<\/p>\n<p>The ONLY requirement for their successful implementation is for both the Senators and Representatives to honor their oaths and uphold their respective duties to honor the limitations and duties as outlined in the Constitution.\u00a0 Upholding the Constitution should be their ONLY and primary focus.<\/p>\n<p>Continued petty, party allegiance will give \u201cWe the People\u201d a quick and clear look at their true allegiance.\u00a0 Then it simply becomes a matter of those citizens, in those voting districts, to demand they honor their oath and support Constitutional legislation\u2026 or remove them\u2026 which is their right and authority as Sovereign Citizen Owners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">SOVEREIGN CITIZEN OWNERS PLIGHT<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Why do I bring all of this up?\u00a0 Because our country \u2014with its uniquely identifiable values, character, and relationships\u2014 is on the verge of losing all three.\u00a0 We Americans have, over several generations been immersed in such an angry and bleak soup of negative emotions\u2026 ones that have completely altered our perceptions of both our national identity and our daily lives.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, everything in our country is now measured monetarily.\u00a0 We have become singularly obsessed with money\u2026 the hallmark of a spiritually void, and egoically dominated mindset.<\/p>\n<p>We have become singularly pessimistic\u2026 our first reaction and instinct is to look for and highlight the negative\u2026 in our individual and collective lives.\u00a0 We don\u2019t see ourselves as an immigrant nation anymore\u2026 why is that?<\/p>\n<p>Over successive generations, we have listened to the relentless drumbeat of fear, hatred and anger espoused by the political leadership from the 2-party collaborative alliance (2-PCA).<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s literally become \u201cthe air we breathe\u201d\u2026 reflexive\u2026 our first and instinctive response\u2026 and it is a dangerous response with damning consequences\u2026 just look at the state of our nation today.\u00a0 The saddest, and most alarming thing to me is that personal value and trust are way down the list of desired traits.\u00a0 I invite you to take a moment and reflect on how you view our country and our place in the world #800000;\">CURRENT PRESIDENTIAL DEMEANOR<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A majority of our citizens have lost faith in our governmental process\u2026 and have become very angry\u2026 so much so, that they\u2019ve consented to having an ego-driven, mediocre real estate developer talk them into the hair-brain idea that fixing our governmental problems was a simple thing\u2026 that many of the problems can be dealt with in a matter of a few days, or weeks.<\/p>\n<p>All of this is against the backdrop of his highly visible string of business failures.\u00a0 DJT has the sad track record of using less than ethical practices\u2026 and of weaponizing coercion, manipulation, intimidation, and litigation.<\/p>\n<p>None of this creates a sense of trust and confidence\u2026 especially when considering the requirements that the Executive branch demands.\u00a0 A president must \u2014at a minimum\u2014 display the following qualities\u2026 a genuine spiritual tone, a strong moral character, wisdom, courage, humility, and consensus building experience, to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s quite obvious to me that this slim majority chose DJT because his displayed callousness and disregard for established rules closely mirrored their own views and pent-up anger.\u00a0 Many people in our country today have been pushed to their breaking point by the decades of political party cronyism.\u00a0 These citizen owners have lost sight of the fact that they have been duped by the 2-PCA\u2026 which made them an easy target for a slick-talking charlatan\u2026 whose only goal is self-aggrandizement.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, it appears that now the whole country \u2014both those who did and did not vote for him\u2014 will be subjected to the consequences of his reckless actions.\u00a0 The anger that drove this slim majority will now affect the lives of not only those in our country, but also the lives of those around the world who relied on America\u2019s steadfast values and support.<\/p>\n<p>The real question is how long and how deep is this angry streak?\u00a0 Will it last long enough to completely decimate our Constitutional Republic\u2026 or will those angry Americans finally realize that NOTHING is solved in such an angry state?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">WORLDWIDE COMMONALITY<\/span><\/p>\n<p>My sincere hope and prayer is that our long-term allies and supporters around the world can look past this short-sighted and dysfunctional leadership group\u2026 and recognize that the majority of Americans want to live a peaceful existence\u2026 that they too, only want to have a safe and protected place to live.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully, America\u2019s past record of championing morally inspired actions will help soften the impact that the current, chaotic American leadership is inflicting on the world community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">CITIZEN OWNERS DIRECTIVE<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s now time for America\u2019s citizen owners to find common ground\u2026<\/li>\n<li>To put a stop to the chaos that grips our country and by extension, the world community\u2026<\/li>\n<li>To send a clear message that America remains the beacon of hope, fairness and opportunity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is not only possible, it is necessary for America\u2019s Followers to encourage America\u2019s Leaders to once again champion a moral society\u2026<\/p>\n<p>To once again champion the rule of law\u2026<\/p>\n<p>To inter-generationally create a uniform and resounding
