center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>States Need to Re-assert Their Superior Constitutional Role<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><em>America today is in crisis\u2026 I\u2019m sure we can all agree on that.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>Did we suddenly arrive here?\u00a0 Or, is this the result of circumstances beyond our control?<br \/>\nNeither\u2026 actually.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>And here\u2019s the good news\u2026 its fixable\u2026 and fixable relatively quickly\u2026<br \/>\nBUT\u2026 are you willing to do the few simple steps to make it happen?<br \/>\nLet\u2019s look at where we are before you decide.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>America\u2019s current generations have inherited a system of government with severe problems, and for a myriad of unexplainable reasons\u2026 the political leadership has not deemed it important to deal with IT.<\/p>\n<p>So, here we are\u2026 in a state of crisis\u2026 it\u2019s time to deal with IT or implode, because the current path is unsustainable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>What IT is\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The IT we\u2019re talking about is a severely fractured Federal system of government that has been steadily slipping deeper into bloat, inefficiency and crippling, unsustainable debt\u2026by all accounts, it has not been managed well at all.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Citizens from each state have not\u2026 and are not being represented well.<\/li>\n<li>States have steadily relinquished their power and control to this bloated federal system\u2026<br \/>\nso they have not\u2026 and are not being represented well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So\u2026 where does that leave the people of each State of our union?<\/p>\n<p>Feeling frustrated\u2026 ignored\u2026 growing more resentful and angry by the day.\u00a0 AND our citizens have a right to feel this way\u2026 because the political leadership in our country has been promising to deal with these issues for several generations\u2026 and they have not done so\u2026 actually they\u2019ve continually added to the problems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Unique Jurisdictional Process<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>America is governed by a very unique system of representative government that allows for citizen control over the various forms of representation.\u00a0 It WAS structured for direct citizen input and control.\u00a0 It provided for balanced and limited power, disseminated over three branches\u2026 each with limited, specific responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>AND the key, working provision was a creation by the States at the Constitutional Convention\u2026 of a limited Federal (collective) system \u2014a committee of the whole, if you will\u2014 a uniquely separate jurisdiction where proposals, discussions, debates and consensus on how to create and manage processes that would benefit all of the States could be discussed and actualized.<\/p>\n<p>That unique process has been corrupted\u2026 and has been inflated beyond anything the founders envisioned.\u00a0 Because of States\u2019 abdication, this federal process has been given powers and authorities well beyond the scope originally enumerated in our Constitution.\u00a0 So much so\u2026 that the distinct jurisdictional lines have been blurred\u2026 creating a nightmare of clamoring agencies vying for power and control.<\/p>\n<p>My decades of watching and listening has shown me that we \u2014the citizens\u2014 can fix this\u2026 IF we are willing to devote some time and honest, heartfelt attention to these problems.<\/p>\n<p>BUT\u2026 before we can come to agreement of what to do, we should all be on the same page in understanding what we inherited\u2026 what our role is\u2026 and how stepping up and accepting our role of doing our part in managing our representative form of government is the right solution.<\/p>\n<p>So\u2026 let\u2019s start at the beginning\u2026 (of our country).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>A Brief Historical Reflection on Our Constitutional Republic<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Constitutional Convention of 1787 produced a consensus document that has been generally followed by every generation since its inception.<\/p>\n<p>This consensus document uniquely created a separate jurisdiction that provided the framework for States to come together and create agreements and guidance\u2026 that would then be disseminated \u2014through their State representatives\u2014 and incorporated on a State level in their States\u2019 legal process\u2026 either as State Statutes or incorporated in their State Constitutions.<\/p>\n<p>The founders created this mechanism of the inferior Federal (collective) jurisdiction to interact with the Superior States\u2019 (individual) jurisdictions\u2026 it was created by the Superior States as a subordinate mechanism to shuttle general principles necessary to maintain unity and order&#8230; a specific and limited portal between jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>As such, the individual States are the Superior Legal Authority that created the Inferior Federal Jurisdiction that would be used to facilitate their generation and future generation\u2019s progress and growth.\u00a0 The written, ratified Constitution, and its Amendments, specifically spells out this inferior jurisdiction\u2019s limits\u2026 complete with its own official, limited operating area\u2026 the District of Columbia. <a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/can-dc-be-a-state\/\">(<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">See: Can the District of Columbia Be A State?<\/span>)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The founders were very specific and cautious in creating this entity\u2026 as their generations had experienced runaway superior jurisdictional issues with the British monarchy.\u00a0 They wrestled with the concept and creation of a body that would have enough power to collectively manage itself\u2026 without becoming an entity unto itself that could become self-fulfilling\u2026 which is exactly what happened at the hands of the aggressive, control-minded, re-constituted political party system.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Validation of Colonists Sovereignty<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/treaty-of-paris-1783\/\">Treaty of Paris 1783<\/a><\/span> \u2014that officially ended our first civil war\u2014 all right, title, and interest in the former British Colonies were transferred to the inhabitants of the several States.<\/p>\n<p>This officially transferred ownership to all of these citizens\u2026 legally making them owners of their particular State\u2026 instantly putting them on equal status as the King of England\u2026 making them Sovereign Owners\u2026 the highest authority of ownership and control.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>King George III unknowingly, instantly, created the de facto Treaty Of Paris 1783 CO-OP&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em><strong>the largest CO-OP in human history\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nwhere each person now had an ownership share, and a say, in every aspect of the lives and future.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As sovereign owners, these citizens had complete control over their lives, over their interactions with each other within their States, over their interactions with other States and other Countries\u2026\u00a0 AND a not-so-obvious consequence to the colonists of this transition was that with this great power came serious management responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Critical 4 Years<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The most dangerous time for these newly minted Sovereign States and their Sovereign Citizens was that time period between this Treaty of 1783 and the Constitutional Convention in 1787.\u00a0 That 4 year period was legally, culturally, and financially fraught with apprehensions, misunderstandings, and conflicts around how to navigate their newly acquired status, positions of authority, and treaty requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The colonists were in limbo\u2026 still reeling from the unimaginable military victory\u2026 free of British constraints\u2026 and adrift in a world of predatory nations looking for their next conquest.\u00a0 They had an ineffective Continental Congress\u2026 no visible leadership and decades of pent-up emotions\u2026 a recipe for chaos.<\/p>\n<p>All of this was set against the backdrop of carrying out the other provisions of the Treaty regarding lands, ownerships, and financial assignments.\u00a0 It truly was a chaotic time\u2026 and the newly formed nation was in dire need of moral leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Divine providence blessed them with a cadre of men who stepped forward to guide the individual regions toward such a necessary reckoning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>History Repeating Itself?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>Are we witnessing a repeat of this critical period?\u00a0 <\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>The similarities are striking.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A mistrust of Authority in general and Government specifically\u2026<\/li>\n<li>A disoriented, fearful, angry, and defensive citizenry\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Charlatans taking advantage of the disarray\u2026<\/li>\n<li>An ineffective Continental Congress\u2026<\/li>\n<li>No discernable moral, elected men to assert positive, lasting leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Oaths and Other Binding Agreements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Civilized, sustainable societies rely on <a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/constitutional-oaths\/\">oaths<\/a> and other binding agreements for both their short term and long term cooperation and success.\u00a0 Without the ability to trust in verbal and written agreements, societies would collapse into bickering, chaotic entities, without any hope of inter-generational progress.<\/p>\n<p>There would be no smooth transition\u2026 effectively each generation would be starting over\u2026 operating from a purely egoic\/intellectual basis\u2026 where power and force dominates\u2026 which is classic shortsighted, zero-sum thinking\u2026 the stuff of tyrants and dictators.<\/p>\n<p>The founders created an alternative\u2026 a spiritually guided, morally balanced approach where Trust is the key, critical component that facilitates inter-generational, positive transitions and sustainable progress.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Wisdom Personified<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The founders were very careful and deliberate in the specificity of the structure they created.\u00a0 They purposefully did not mention or assign any party identification or authority\u2026 in fact they specifically and clearly spoke out against it.\u00a0 Their goal was to create a system of limited and direct involvement\u2026 a checks and balance system\u2026 so that citizens could directly control their representatives without any outside management. (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/a-republic\/\">See:\u00a0 A Republic<\/a><\/span>)<\/p>\n<p>The same can be said for religious affiliation.\u00a0 The founders specifically avoided any mention or indication of a religious loyalty test.\u00a0 This wise group of men grasped the fundamental difference between external religious practice and internal Spiritual guidance.<\/p>\n<p>They knew that internal spiritual guidance was the bedrock of any sustainable society. It creates the atmosphere that promotes healthy and thriving religious practices.\u00a0 The cultural and social practices of their day provided all of the experiential insights necessary to promote healthy religious practice.<\/p>\n<p>The founders specifically created a form of management that gave the citizen\/owners direct control over their representatives.\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/guides.loc.gov\/federalist-papers\/full-text\">The Federalist Papers<\/a><\/span> give a glimpse into their thinking regarding these foundational issues.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Understanding Our Energetic Imbalance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Current American generations are being challenged unlike any in our history.\u00a0 The primary challenge is the proliferation of abundant and inexpensive electronic devices that create endless distractions that interfere with our natural human need of peace, quiet, and balance.<\/p>\n<p>Other challenges include dietary challenges\u2026 financial challenges\u2026 cultural challenges\u2026 social challenges\u2026 intellectual challenges\u2026 and most importantly \u2013spiritual challenges\u2026 which portray themselves as moral decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Since we are electro-chemical, biological beings\u2026 all of these challenges affect our daily functions through our perceptions, thoughts, actions, and health.<\/p>\n<p>Poor diet\u2026 lack of sleep\u2026 intellectual overstimulation\u2026 and incendiary language all consciously or unconsciously affect our daily perceptions and health\u2026 which are actualized through our fight-or-flight responses\u2026 which ultimately control our metabolic processes.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>It is very important to understand that this is an automatic process \u2014as in, beyond our control.<br \/>\nThese are evolutionarily formed fundamental, survival processes designed to protect us.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When our fight-or-flight response is triggered\u2026 it disrupts our normal maintenance, healing processes and focuses our energy production on the perceived threat\u2026 which \u2014if prolonged\u2014 can lead to profound deficiencies and pave the way for chronic conditions.<\/p>\n<p>For decades, I\u2019ve used the phrase, \u201cYour body is your scorecard\u201d. \u00a0Your body is constantly telling you how balanced you are\u2026 in all of your processes and awareness\u2019s.\u00a0 IF we are willing and honest with ourselves, we can see signs of imbalance\u2026 we can then better understand how chronic disease contributes to feelings of malaise, dread, listlessness, and anger.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Regaining Personal Balance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a living, breathing member of the current human population, you contribute to the overall energetic state of our planet.\u00a0 Your accumulated thoughts and actions regarding self-care, and your energy usage choices result in the YOU that exists today\u2026 YOU are currently living the consequences of your choices.\u00a0 As you become aware of imbalances in your life\u2026 YOU get to choose if it\u2019s now time to correct them.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>Humanity\u2019s biggest collective imbalance has always been rooted in our Faith\/Fear choices.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The survival part of our mind \u2014our egoic mind\u2014 is where the zero-sum mentality resides.\u00a0 IF nurtured on lack, loss, doubt, deprivation, and exclusion, it can conjure up some grim scenarios, which can spiral into very destructive behaviors and lifestyles.<\/p>\n<p>Injecting Soul\/Spirit energy into those intellectual energetic patterns can help create calm, hope, and balance.\u00a0 Managing our mind better with positive Soul\/Spirit energy would create a paradigm shift of epic proportions\u2026 and make our world and worldview much better.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 160px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Remember, human history is a long succession of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/generational-perspective\/\">\u00a0 <strong>Generations<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u2026<br \/>\nevery generation containing \u00a0\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/leaders-followers\/\">Leaders and Followers<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u2026<br \/>\nall adhering to \u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/faith-or-fear\/\">Faith or Fear<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 decisions\u2026<br \/>\nwith the net result of progressing or regressing\u2026<br \/>\nof producing either sustainable or unsustainable lifetimes and societies.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Positive inter-generational growth and progress are not guaranteed\u2026 they are the result of faith-guided trust and interactions\u2026 which can lead to a sustainable, amicable society and culture.<\/p>\n<p>Our current emotional\/intellectual pattern of clinging to egoically-derived, fear-laden, zero-sum practices of maligned self-centered concepts are interfering with our spiritual guidance\/growth&#8230; AND, we are living the results\u2026 the increasing, energetic degradation of current American generations.<\/p>\n<p>IF we let this go much longer, it will dramatically affect all living generations of our world population.\u00a0 Our united States has been viewed as the defacto world leader in human rights and sanctity of life&#8230; and it&#8217;s quite evident to even the most detached Follower, that a majority of US Leaders place no importance on either human rights or the sanctity of life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully, you can see that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All current generations have an opportunity to come together and fix these long-ignored problems\u2026<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve been given a gift of means and opportunity\u2026<\/li>\n<li>We can still be the beacon of light on our planet\u2026<\/li>\n<li>We can still champions human rights and the sanctity of life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>As a senior member \u2014in good standing\u2014 of the World\u2019s largest citizen-owned de facto CO-OP,<br \/>\nI\u2019m asking you \u2014a fellow member\u2014 to stand with me and make these changes.<\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>AS A FELLOW MEMBER OF THE de facto TREATY OF PARIS 1783 CO-OP\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>WHAT SAY YOU?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WHEN IS JURISDICTION GOING TO MATTER?
