At The Highest Levels<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Picture this\u2026
\nseveral monkeys are milling around the elder monkey\u2026 squealing and carrying on about a rash on the elder monkey\u2019s neck.\u00a0 They are all concerned about what they see\u2026 and are completely unaware that this rash is a visible symptom of an invisible, more serious and deeper problem.\u00a0 They react out of instinct, relying on ancestral experience.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n

In this example the Senior Monkey is our National Government\u2026 and the other monkeys are the several states.\u00a0 In typical monkey hierarchy<\/a><\/u>, the other monkeys are distressed and working themselves into a frenzy because they cannot comprehend the situation and are scared.<\/p>\n

What do you think is the solution?<\/p>\n

What is the next level up from primates?\u00a0 <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Humans, obviously\u2026 who have agency and stewardship over them. \u00a0Humans have the responsibility to care for and protect their temporary, earthly home and everything on it.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Humans \u2014through various communication methods\u2014 have the ability to learn, record, and share their accumulated knowledge inter-generationally.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

So\u2026 Yes\u2026 the solution is for the Humans to step in and determine the invisible, underlying cause and treat it to make the visible rash go away.\u00a0 The parallel relating to our government and States is that the next (and only) level is Spiritual.\u00a0 When we allow Spirit-imbued-soul energy to become part of our solutions, we start making faith oriented decisions… instead of fear based decisions.\u00a0 Faith based decisions attract and create positive outcomes… and reinforce our ability to trust in ourselves and each other… thus creating a positive generational experience.<\/p>\n

Self-Government<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Governments are the creation of humans who desired to manage themselves in a peaceful, civilized way… a way that allowed them to move beyond survival… to create inter-generational progress… where their children and grand-children could benefit from this faith-oriented, experiential lifestyle.<\/p>\n

Does this sentence sound familiar?<\/p>\n

\u2014<\/strong>That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Independence Manifesto<\/a><\/u> goes on to say\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2014<\/strong>That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Imagine that\u2026 an Independence Manifesto whose goal\u2019s and focus is on Safety and Happiness\u2026 what were these men thinking?<\/p>\n

Where they high on something?
\nDeveloping guiding policy based on feelings?<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I contend they were\u2026 high on the nectar of their spirit-imbued-soul guidance\u2026 that sweet intoxicating sense of humble exaltation\u2026 the kind that makes a person feel invincible and vulnerable\u2026 all at the same time.<\/p>\n

So\u2026 How does this relate to our monkey analogy?<\/p>\n

In our example, the highest level is the citizen owners, who have all the rights.\u00a0 They initially assigned specific rights and responsibilities to State Constitutions\u2026. and then \u2014As a Collective Body\u2014assigned further specific rights and responsibilities \u2014along with its own separate legal jurisdiction\u2014 as outlined in our Federal Constitution<\/a><\/span>\u2026 to another subordinate body… reserving all other rights to themselves.<\/p>\n

BUT\u2026 THAT WAS 250 YEARS AGO\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

A lot has happened to intervene since then\u2026 specifically 16 generations\u2026 each with their own identity, issues, challenges, and distractions.<\/p>\n
