it is not.<\/em><\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>This is one of the fundamental disconnects with the four generations of Americans today\u2026<br \/>\nand most are not aware of the serious implications this presents.<\/em><\/span><\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-472 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/lady-justice-168x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"168\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/lady-justice-168x300.png 168w, https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/lady-justice-84x150.png 84w, https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/lady-justice.png 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 168px) 100vw, 168px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the United States of America, there are several sets of laws that we follow, all designed to work together, with a specific pattern of blending and subordinating from the former&#8230; but where did they come from?<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps, we should start with the questions, &#8220;Are laws necessary?&#8230; what purpose do they have&#8221;?\u00a0 Many erroneously believe that laws provide us freedoms&#8230; I contend that is false&#8230; I believe the primary purpose and necessity of laws is to provide protections.\u00a0 By clearly defining and memorializing our intent toward civil, harmonious interactions&#8230; we create a society with known and accepted patterns of behavior&#8230; we create an environment of trust and calm&#8230; we create law and order protection.<\/p>\n<p>A perusal of the term <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/webstersdictionary1828.com\/Dictionary\/law\">Law<\/a>&#8220;<\/span> in Webster&#8217;s 1828 Dictionary will give you an idea of the iterations and nuances associated with this word.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Rule of Law<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>We purport to be a people who value the rule of law.<\/strong>\u00a0 Most believe that no one is above the law.\u00a0 That can only exist in a society where all the participants are taught and accept these .\u00a0 The upshot of all these laws is that we as a group of people are conditioned \u2014to our core\u2014 to follow laws&#8230; even if they appear senseless and\/or contradictory to our conscience or our Organic Law.\u00a0 The following delineates the progression and subordination of the United States of America\u2019s Rule of Law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>God\u2019s Law\u2026 Spiritual Energy<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The first of these is God\u2019s Law as enumerated in the ancient texts, which shows man to be in the image of the Supreme Being, and delineates ways of conduct and interaction.\u00a0 To &#8220;be in the image of&#8221; denotes an energetic state of being&#8230; what we would call our Spiritual Essence.\u00a0 This essence is our energetic guide or conscience.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re Energetic beings&#8230; who \u2014through Choice\u2014 direct and use the energy at our disposal.\u00a0 We have two foundational energies available to us&#8230; the infinite God energy and our finite human energy.\u00a0 Our Spiritual Essence is connected to the infinite God energy&#8230; it reflects eternal knowledge, truth, goodness, and love. \u00a0Our Intellectual Essence is connected to our limited or finite mind energy and is rooted in survival, so it reflects our experiences, cautions, and fears&#8230; ultimately, the unknown.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>Incidentally, the fundamental reason for the exploration and subsequent<br \/>\ncolonization of the Americas was that rulers in the colonist\u2019s former countries<br \/>\nwere not honoring those biblical directives.\u00a0 <\/em><\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em>Many of the colonists were persecuted for their beliefs&#8230;<br \/>\nmost were no better than slaves&#8230;<br \/>\nwith little hope of advancing themselves or having a better life.<\/em><\/span><\/h6>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Sovereign Law<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Sovereign Law is our acknowledgment of this Spiritual Essence or energy.\u00a0 It implies that we are in charge of our destiny and are only answerable to God.\u00a0 Sovereign Law is considered the root or basis of all man-made laws, what we call the Organic Law.<\/p>\n<p>Sovereigns, such as Kings, hold the highest form of power or control on earth.\u00a0 They create laws as part of their stewardship responsibilities to sustainably manage and provide prosperity to their subjects.\u00a0 All of these laws would be subordinate to God&#8217;s Sovereign law.\u00a0 When the colonists won their Civil War with England, the King of England granted them Sovereign status over themselves and the land they inhabited as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sovereignhope.org\/treaty-of-paris--1783.html\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Treaty of Paris, 1783<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This immediately put them on the same footing \u2014legally\u2014 as every other King or ruler on earth.\u00a0 The former colonists, then set about creating their own subordinate laws to structure their newly formed American society.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>States\u2019 Constitutions\u2026 The root of our American Organic Law<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>When initially formed, each of the colonies was created by formal documents called Charters that outlined their Rights and Responsibilities\u2026 a management plan for their daily lives and interactions.\u00a0 If you read these original Covenants, you\u2019ll see that they all mirror each other, and formally recognize that the citizens subordinate some of their God-given rights so that they can peacefully co-exist and function.\u00a0 These morphed into what we now know as State Constitutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>The US Constitution\u2026 An Overlay To Create Unity &amp; Protection<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The US Constitution is a further subordination of the Sovereign People&#8217;s rights so that they could peaceably interact with each other as States and \u2014as importantly\u2014 present a unified front to the world, which made them a formidable force, and not an easy target for other countries to divide them.<\/p>\n<p>It additionally provided their generations \u2014and all subsequent generations\u2014 unassailable protection of their sovereign rights by giving the sovereign citizens irrefutable control over EVERY office that deals with the management of those subordinated rights.<\/p>\n<p>These offices start at the County level with the Sheriff, Judges, District Attorney, Clerk, Assessor, Coroner, Commissioners, and School Board Administrators&#8230; progress to the State level with Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, State legislative representatives, and School board Commissioners&#8230; and finally to the Federal level, with Representatives and the President&#8230; ALL managed and controlled through the direct election by the Sovereigns.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>So, the order of the Rule of Law for the United States of America is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sovereign God,<\/li>\n<li>Sovereign Rights from God,<\/li>\n<li>Recognition by Treaty of Citizen Sovereign status,<\/li>\n<li>Subordination of some Citizen Rights through our State Constitutions, and<\/li>\n<li>Further subordination of some Rights through our Federal Constitution,<\/li>\n<li>All managed and controlled through elections by the Sovereign citizens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Sadly, virtually all of our 4-generations do NOT know or understand that they<br \/>\n\u2014as the Sovereign owners of our country\u2014<br \/>\nhave both the authority, ability, and responsibility&#8230;<br \/>\nto completely control the rule making and enforcement of our Rule of Law&#8230;<br \/>\nthe very ones that they&#8217;ve subjugated themselves to following and obeying.<\/span><\/em><\/h6>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Effectively, our Federal Constitution is a streamlining method for laws that the People (residing in various States and through their Representatives) deemed most common and necessary to all the states&#8230; a basic platform if you will.\u00a0 With the Federal Constitution in place, all the states have a uniform platform to build their State Constitutions off of&#8230; to take principles that apply to all the states and expound on them for each State&#8217;s particular needs.\u00a0 From this point, both the States and Federal Government \u2014as an extension of the States\u2014 created further subordinations for clarification and management purposes.\u00a0 This was all done through the creation and structure of our Federal Constitutional Republic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At this point, it becomes obvious that the US Constitution is a uniform subordination of fundamental laws and rights.<\/strong> The express purpose of this hierarchy was to create uniformity throughout all of the states&#8230; all while preserving the people\u2019s rights and authority as the ultimate rulers of their lives, and as Sovereigns over the various forms of government they created.<\/p>\n<p>So how did all of this get turned around and the US Constitution made to seem more important?&#8230;\u00a0 to seem like the supreme law of the land?&#8230;\u00a0 to seem more powerful than the Sovereign People?<\/p>\n<p>Some would answer that all our laws emanate from the authority of the US Constitution, which specifically enumerates the power to make laws to Congress alone&#8230; which as we&#8217;ve seen is inaccurate. How could a legislative body that was created by the Colonies (States) precede those States in seniority and authority?<\/p>\n<p>And some would be partially correct\u2026\u00a0 although, they are not accounting for the higher sets of Sovereign and State authorities\u2026\u00a0 AND one other notable and quite discrete, overriding and <em>(constitutionally illegal)<\/em> exception\u2026\u00a0 a creation early in our history that has had a disastrous effect on our original Constitutional Republic&#8230;\u00a0 <strong>The Executive Order.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><em><strong>We are a nation governed by self-evolved laws&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are conditioned to accept and obey laws that the Congress and State legislatures create&#8230;<br \/>\nwhich is what makes the following an ugly stain on the Political Party leadership of this country.<br \/>\nFor those not familiar with this, I\u2019ll give a brief history.<\/em><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Executive Orders<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Executive Orders have existed since George Washington\u2019s presidency\u2026\u00a0 only they had no power of law but were merely presidential directives sharing the president\u2019s observations and advice.\u00a0 President Lincoln morphed this docile custom into a very powerful tool that essentially combined the legislative and executive branches&#8230;\u00a0 thereby instantly destroying the equal and separate branches established under the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Lincoln&#8217;s version of Executive Orders<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>At the start of our second Civil War, when President Abraham Lincoln saw that he was rapidly losing control of the entire situation, he created \u2014out of thin air\u2014 this far-ranging power grab in a desperate attempt to fulfill his party\u2019s agenda of controlling the States and their populations, ostensibly to re-create a unified nation.\u00a0 The results were completely opposite, and IMHO drove a deeper wedge, one which still affects our country today.<\/p>\n<p>He, with the stroke of his pen, essentially wiped out one of the founder\u2019s fundamental tenants&#8230;\u00a0 equal and separate branches.\u00a0 This unique and important structure was specifically created to disseminate power and prevent king-like situations, where one person or group had control over the others.<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln\u2019s new version of the Executive Order did exactly that.\u00a0 It was essentially an edict, which had the force of law.\u00a0 He used it to wield a very potent power over the Southern States&#8230;\u00a0 and incidentally, he even used it against citizens of the Northern States, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">suspending their habeas corpus rights<\/span> and jailing many for the duration of the war.\u00a0 Even as he used it, he had grave doubts about its validity.<\/p>\n<p>Nowhere in any constitutional writings does it say that the President, acting in this role, had the power or authority to usurp the roles assigned to other branches of government, which is exactly what his version of Executive Orders does.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Limited Commander in Chief Authority<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>President Lincoln was a very intelligent man..\u00a0 a lawyer and a politician.\u00a0 He knew that he had to find some way to tie his creation to the Constitution for it to have even a glimmer of credibility, so he ensconced the Executive Order under the mantle of commander-in-chief, which is only briefly mentioned in the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>Part of Article II, Section 2 states, &#8220;The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and the Militia of the several States when called into the actual Service of the United States&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s it, the only mention in the entire Constitution\u2026 and this authority is limited to a very specific situation&#8230;\u00a0 an actual military situation&#8230;\u00a0 and then only the management of it.<\/p>\n<p>It does not convey a unilateral power to the President&#8230;\u00a0 if it did, the founders would have delineated the scope of that power, as was done in other areas of the Constitution.\u00a0 Scholars over the years assert that the Founders gave the President the title to preserve civilian supremacy over the military, not to provide additional powers outside of a Congressional authorization or declaration of war.<\/p>\n<p>After his untimely death, it should have subsided into history as a misanomaly, but both political parties saw it as a tool to maintain an ironfisted control over the nation and realized that for it to continue, they had to fabricate a legal status for it&#8230; so the declared &#8220;State of National Emergency&#8221; emerged.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Political Parties Power Grab<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Members of both major political parties recognized that this single tool could unilaterally rule the country, without regard for congressional input or citizen opinions.\u00a0 This was a concise and conscious act on their part&#8230;\u00a0 they knew exactly what they were doing&#8230;\u00a0 that this manipulation would undermine, manipulate and essentially create powers outside of the bound of the original Constitution&#8230;\u00a0 the very one they had sworn to uphold and protect.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>The Declared State of National Emergency<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>As I\u2019ve shared in several other articles on the Sovereign Hope website, (and primarily on the page &#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sovereignhope.org\/executive-orders.html\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Executive Orders<\/a><\/span>) this anomaly is the Achilles heel of the Republic, and in truth, is the primary reason for the destruction of our Constitutional Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Essentially, the State of National Emergency <em>(capitalized on purpose)<\/em> is the legal version of an end run that the 2-Party Political Alliance (2-PPA) created to hijack the Congress and the country&#8230; to take operational control from the rightful owners&#8230; the Sovereign Citizens.\u00a0 Their pattern was to greatly increase their unconstitutional activities in times of uncertainty&#8230;\u00a0 such as the Great Depression, and military conflicts&#8230;\u00a0 when the country was most distracted.<\/p>\n<p>A declared State of National Emergency is a legal declaration&#8230;\u00a0 it is the vehicle they created for an Executive Order to exist.\u00a0 This is not a euphemism&#8230;\u00a0 not some vague term&#8230;\u00a0 it is an actual identification of a specific legal situation, as I describe below.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, the 2-PPA kept this under the radar for over 100 years, until a Senator from Idaho, Frank Church co-chaired the Senate Special Committee on the <a href=\"http:\/\/ncrepublic.org\/images\/lib\/SenateReport93_549.pdf\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Termination of the National Emergency<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 <strong>Their two-year investigation revealed a stunning fact&#8230;\u00a0 that 470 sections in federal law extend emergency powers to the President and the executive branch.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since this was created by, and still under the control and authority of the 2-PPA, their watered-down solution never addressed the underlying and most egregious aspect&#8230;\u00a0 the destruction of the Separation of Powers clause in the Constitution&#8230;\u00a0 but instead produced the 1976 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/HMAN-112\/pdf\/HMAN-112-pg1119.pdf\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Emergencies Act<\/a> (50 U.S.C. 1601\u20131651)&#8230;\u00a0 which essentially continues to condone this power grab.\u00a0 The proper solution would have been \u2014and still is\u2014 to remove all vestiges of this from our recorded law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Here\u2019s how it works\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>The President declares a National State of Emergency, <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\">which triggers his official status as Commander-in-Chief, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\">which \u201callows\u201d him to create and sign Executive Orders&#8230;<br \/>\nthat carry the force of law, <\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\">regardless of their constitutionality&#8230; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>This is critical to comprehend!!<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Declared States of National Emergencies and their related Executive Orders completely override the constitutional safeguards that carefully divided and limited governmental authority and maintained a constitutional ba.\u00a0 <strong>They essentially take us out of the constitutional arena.<\/strong>\u00a0 And that is where we are today\u2026\u00a0 adrift in this vast ocean of unconstitutional policy and rules&#8230;\u00a0 all under the guise of &#8220;proper Congressional authority&#8221;&#8230;\u00a0 all jealously guarded and controlled by the two major political parties.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, as of January 2019, there are 31 active states of National Emergencies on the books, which keep the legal position of Commander in Chief in full active mode.\u00a0 Shockingly, it has been continuously in force since the Depression of 1933.<\/p>\n<p>Most Americans today are not even aware of the fact that we are not electing a President, we are electing a Commander-in-Chief&#8230;\u00a0 who has been subtly clothed with the authority to do whatever he chooses, whether constitutional or not.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"color: #008080;\">If it hasn\u2019t become apparent to you yet, I will state it clearly\u2026<br \/>\nthis is a very serious breach of fiduciary responsibility by the<br \/>\n2 major political parties and the people who control them&#8230;<br \/>\nand they do it openly and with impunity.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/em><\/h6>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The 2 major political parties have essentially hijacked our Constitutional Republic and are operating it for their own purpose and gain \u2014as a dictatorial progressive democracy\u2014 much to the detriment of the Sovereign People and the States where they reside\u00a0 &#8230;and we haven\u2019t even talked about the oath that each of them took to attain their respective offices\u2026\u00a0 you know\u2026\u00a0 to uphold the Constitution???<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Origins of the use of the word Democracy<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The use of the word democracy cannot be found in any of the original and founding documents.\u00a0 It is an outgrowth of the Progressive movement&#8230;\u00a0 which \u2014as previously stated\u2014 took hold after the Second Civil War.\u00a0 Calamities are the impetus that incites this group&#8217;s power grab for control&#8230;\u00a0 calamities like wars, conflicts, and the Great Depression.\u00a0 These events also gave birth to the direct referendum commonly known as Initiatives.\u00a0\u00a0 Progressive Era politicians show their contempt for our Constitutional three-branch system and work diligently to find ways of usurping these powers from the legitimate sovereign people.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Sovereign Unity is the Solution<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The key to finding a solution is understanding the power of patterning.\u00a0 Sociologists will tell you that after 3 generations, a pattern appears permanent.\u00a0 We are several generations past that point, so this is deeply ingrained in our cultural and cognitive patterning.<\/p>\n<p>An aspect of patterning is the human mind\u2019s desire to compartmentalize\u2026\u00a0 hence the strong attraction to groups and group naming.\u00a0 Political party affiliations, in some form, have been a part of civilized man\u2019s patterning for millennia.\u00a0 The founders recognized this tendency&#8230;\u00a0 and the equally important drawback was that the political parties were forms of group organizations, (forms of democracy) which are strictly majority-oriented.<\/p>\n<p>They boldly attempted to rid the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sovereignhope.org\/faith-not-fear.html\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">early republic<\/a> of group (party) identification, but that attempt failed after only one generation, for two reasons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Because the pattern was so deeply ingrained&#8230; and<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Because of a lack of widespread inter-generational education regarding the very different and necessary changes they made on behalf of the people.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In hindsight, more energy invested in teaching the reasoning behind their actions might have preserved our Constitutional Republic&#8230; but they did not&#8230; so consequently we current generations do not enjoy the benefits and protections of our originally outlined and operated Constitutional Republic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">10% Leaders &#8211;
