{"id":882,"date":"2020-10-23T11:51:04","date_gmt":"2020-10-23T19:51:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/?page_id=882"},"modified":"2021-06-06T09:50:29","modified_gmt":"2021-06-06T17:50:29","slug":"faithful-remnant","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/faithful-remnant\/","title":{"rendered":"FAITHFUL REMNANT"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">FAITHFUL CONSTITUTIONAL REMNANT<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The following words of wisdom, from a preeminent 20<sup>th<\/sup> century thinker, is the impetus for this<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">CALL TO ACTION<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><em>You never change things by fighting the existing reality.<br \/>\nTo change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>\u2013 Richard Buckminster Fuller<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ARE YOU ONE OF THE FAITHFUL CONSTITUTIONAL REMNANT?<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you believe in God and your God given right to choose what is best for you?<\/li>\n<li>Do you believe the US is a Constitutional Republic?<\/li>\n<li>Do you believe in a limited form of government?<\/li>\n<li>Do you believe in the Rule of Law?<\/li>\n<li>Do you want to restore your Sovereign Rights?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>THEN YOU ARE!!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">EXISTING MODEL<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The events over the past several months have crystallized into the following outline.<\/p>\n<p>This is a distillation of several key elements that I view as important for Constitutional Sovereigns to know, understand and utilize to return to a life based on the premise of a Sovereign-controlled, limited government that promotes \u2018Sustainable Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Our founding principles are based on the following key points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The early Colonists knew that some form of government was necessary, so they willingly relinquished some of their rights and created subordinate governments for their well-being, as seen in the original Colonial Charters.<\/li>\n<li>After the first Civil War (1775-1783), ownership of the Colonies (now States) was vested in \u2018We the People\u2019, which made them Sovereigns with complete authority. \u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/treaty-of-paris-1783\/\">See Treaty of Paris<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li>The Sovereigns then created a unified Federal Government with limited and enumerated powers as outlined in the Constitution. \u00a0 \u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.hathitrust.org\/Record\/001140815\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>See Federal, State &amp; Strauss) since 1791, some of those generations allowed their Managers to stray outside The Fence.\u00a0 These successive and repeated forays have resulted in extensive losses of Sovereign\u2019s rights.<\/p>\n<p>The current political leadership Crisis makes the following clearly evident:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The 2 major political parties have effectively taken control of all aspects of The Sovereign\u2019s government.<\/li>\n<li>Several recent generations of Leaders have violated their Oaths by abdicating their responsibilities to the Sovereign owners of our country.<\/li>\n<li>Their self-serving management style has resulted in Crises in virtually every aspect of our lives.<\/li>\n<li>The net result of their actions is a severely fractured society that&#8217;s become immersed in a Fear\/Control pattern, that&#8217;s endangering our collective health.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">MY COMPREHENSIVIST OBSERVATIONS<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After several decades of observation, I\u2019ve gleaned some foundational precepts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>That we are all energy beings\u2026 We have the ability to choose where to source our energy.<br \/>\n<em><a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/faith-not-fear\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">See Faith not Fear<\/span><\/a><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>That the unit of measurement of mankind\u2019s\u2019 progress is NOT a decade or a century\u2026 it\u2019s a Generation.<br \/>\n<em><a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/a-moral-choice\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">See A Moral Choice<\/span><\/a><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>That mankind\u2019s fate is the responsibility of each generations Leaders.<br \/>\n<em><a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/leaders-followers\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">See Leaders\/Followers<\/span><\/a><\/em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Using the above filters, it becomes readily apparent that each generation\u2019s energy choices and the resultant outcomes are directly tied to each generation\u2019s leadership\u2026 whether it was inspired and consequently constructive\u2026 or whether it was spiritless and consequently destructive.<\/p>\n<p>My comprehensivist viewpoint observes several past generations of poor choices and associated shortcuts that has created a growing list of damaging consequences.\u00a0 Sadly, the 4 generations since the 1960\u2019s created dismal results\u2026 so-much-so that we find ourselves today on the brink of world-wide system failures and environmental collapses.<\/p>\n<p>Because of our position as a world superpower during this time period\u2026 we&#8217;ve caused our poor choices and shortcuts to affect other nations.\u00a0 Collectively we\u2019ve created a world-wide list\u2026 which has become so extensive, that it&#8217;s now affecting Spaceship Earth\u2019s fundamental operating system\u2026 Earths Biome. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/corona-virus-crisis-update\/\">See Corona Virus Crisis Update<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 200px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Please realize that everything that is happening IS RELATED\u2026<br \/>\nfrom intensified weather phenomena,<br \/>\nto intensified chronic health issues,<br \/>\nto intensified environmental breakdowns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We are experiencing the culmination of a multi-generational leadership failure.\u00a0 This unchecked collectively amoral leadership overtly focused on materialism and profits rather than caring for those entrusted to them\u2026 which consequently put our world population at risk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">THE CURRENT SITUATION<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>What we now have is disarray, on many levels of the Leader\/Follower relationship.\u00a0 Polarized\u2026 fearful\u2026 stressed\u2026 describes the general emotional state of the various classes of our current generations.\u00a0 Leaders became takers&#8230; instead of viewing their position as one of honor, they became parasites&#8230;\u00a0 taking advantage of those who entrusted their care to them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Politically it looks like an out-of-control dictatorship being overseen by the political party\u2019s <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/americans-unite-against-executive-orders\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Commander-in-Chief<\/span><\/a> who mostly operates outside of the Constitutional Fence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Medically it looks like a pharmaceutically dominated and driven system that has produced the most pervasive and deadly list of chronic dis-eases or \u2018underlying\u2019 conditions in world history.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Socially it looks like figureheads and influential people garnering fame and fortune with little care for the distraction and disarray they cause to their followers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">This destructive combination is the <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/corona-virus-crisis-update\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Current Leadership Crisis<\/span><\/a>&#8230;\u00a0 and this Crisis dramatically impacts those of us who are the Faithful Constitutional Remnant.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These various levels of leadership have become hardened, sometimes hostile and mostly fearful\u2026 some clinging to various fragments of the Constitution\u2026 <strong>but sadly, with no desire or plan to join together and resurrect our unique Republic or reestablish our form of limited government<\/strong>.\u00a0 Many rally around 2<sup>nd<\/sup> amendment rhetoric\u2026 with seemingly little understanding of the ramifications of the consequential conflict they flirt with.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>IMHO what\u2019s needed is a comprehensive, integrated and peaceful NEW MODEL.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>This NEW MODEL would provide a cohesive structure and guide back to a Sovereign controlled Constitutional Republic of limited government\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>To once again operate with a common trust at a State level&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>And to provide a Sovereign controlled limited structure at a Federal level&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Thereby creating complete Sovereign control&#8230; that could lead to our peace of mind!<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">WHY A NEW MODEL<\/span><span style=\"color: #800000;\">?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>We need a New Model because the Existing Model is NOT working&#8230; on several levels.\u00a0 Our collective, inter-generational leadership failures are creating these environmental and health crises.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>We need to STOP the wholesale destruction of our most necessary life support system\u2026 Spaceship Earth\u2019s Biome\u2026 because we are currently causing our own destruction.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Over the past several decades, I\u2019ve had an increasingly uneasy feeling when watching the pell-mell rush of seemingly mindless technological growth.\u00a0 The thought that kept coming to me was\u2026 \u2018We\u2019re going faster than we can understand and assimilate\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Two things have collided to create the current list of Crises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shortcuts compounding shortcuts\u2026 and<\/li>\n<li>The body\u2019s inability to adapt and bounce back.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As I pointed out in <a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/the-business-of-government\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Business of Government<\/span><\/a>\u2026 shortcuts developed in Crisis mode create more problems\u2026 and while our bodies have admirably tried to adapt and find balance (homeostasis)\u2026 the constant assault on so many fronts have caused a noticeable deterioration in its ability to bounce back&#8230; hence the growing list of chronic dis-ease.\u00a0 These assaults run the gamut from environmental, nutritional, economic, and political&#8230; all resulting in increasing social dysfunction.<\/p>\n<p>We current generations are living the consequences of our choices\u2026 and when I say \u2018our\u2019 choices\u2026 I mean those made on our behalf by various leadership positions\u2026 whether political, medical or social.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ELEMENTS OF THE NEW MODEL<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This New Model acknowledges the few and critical items that are catalytic and essential for orderly, sustainable and evolutionary life on Spaceship earth.\u00a0 This list of basic and critical items is in descending order, as I perceive it.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>SPIRIT-\u00a0 &#8230;that mysterious energetic spark that IS the basis of everything.\u00a0 The I AM&#8230; the Alpha and Omega&#8230; the breath of life&#8230; the still small voice&#8230; the basis of \u2018Nature\u2019s God and Nature\u2019s Law\u2019 (<em>Th. Jefferson<\/em>)&#8230;\u00a0 the all knowing, unseen energy that mingles with &#8211; and nurtures our soul.<\/p>\n<p>WATER- \u00a0\u2026the most important and distinguishing compound on Spaceship Earth.\u00a0 This molecule \u2013and its derivative components- are the source of all life in our unique bio-sphere.<br \/>\n<em>In both its gaseous and liquid forms, it has been co-opted and become a toxin carrier.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>SOIL- \u00a0\u2026the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soil\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">repository of basic minerals, gases and organisms<\/span><\/a> that cumulatively become the support and transfer mechanism of nutrients to various species.<br \/>\n<em>Soil has been assaulted with over 9 MILLION TONS of pesticides sprayed worldwide!!!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>MORAL AUTHORITY-\u00a0 &#8230;that spiritually invigorated awareness that guides and moderates mankind\u2019s egoic tendencies&#8230; \u2026the result of a balanced Spiritual and egoic melding&#8230;\u00a0 our most powerful humility.<em><br \/>\nOur Moral Authority has been diminished by distractive and Egoic focuses.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>SOVEREIGNTY- \u00a0\u2026the spiritually guided understanding of mankind\u2019s stewardship over Spaceship Earth&#8217;s resources.\u00a0 It&#8217;s the highest form of beneficial authority and is only subject to the Creator\u2019s authority.<br \/>\n<em>The US is the only legally organized Sovereign Nation.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">THE NEW MODEL<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This New Model is an adaptation of the Founder\u2019s basic plan.\u00a0 It provides a method to regain our Sovereign status and control and \u2013as important- STOP the wholesale destruction of our most necessary life support system\u2026 Spaceship Earth\u2019s Biome.<\/p>\n<p>The New Model recognizes our desire for evolution and adaption within the constraints of responsible moral limits\u2026 it functions within the guidelines of observational merit and positive results.\u00a0 <em>&#8216;Anecdotal&#8217; once again becomes relevant and important.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Implementing this New Model is necessary because for the first time in mankind\u2019s history\u2026 there is enough human energy and corresponding needs on Spaceship Earth\u2026 <strong>to cause enough imbalances to affect our ability to constructively sustain our existence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The New Model seeks to replace the current disconnected state of affairs in our country.\u00a0 It recognizes the accumulation of poor inter-generational choices and their resultant consequences&#8230; and proposes a Spirit-based, hope-filled, Faith approach to do better.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">THE FAITHFUL REMNANT OF CONSTITUTIONAL SOVEREIGNS<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Faithful Remnant are those who still adhere to our Constitutional Republic\u2019s core values based on limited government through &#8216;We the People&#8217;s Sovereign ownership.\u00a0 We see the opportunity to emulate the Founders vision as a gift and privilege\u2026 and humbly accept the responsibilities associated with this commitment.<\/p>\n<p>We recognize our responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to honor God and respect each other\u2026<\/li>\n<li>to uphold the sanctity of life\u2026<\/li>\n<li>to nurture and protect our values and uniqueness\u2026<\/li>\n<li>all while respecting our individualized participation in our common society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We recognize and honor everyone\u2019s right to their individual choices and consequences\u2026 and fully allow everyone the opportunity to experience them and take responsibility for them.<\/p>\n<p>We also recognize that many of the cumulative consequences that our country are currently facing, are destructive to our Constitutional Republic.\u00a0 We respectfully allow others their choices&#8230; and the fruits of their choices&#8230; and expect the same in return.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">IMPLEMENTING THE NEW MODEL<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The New Model uses the natural driving force of social interaction to achieve its goals.\u00a0 The goal is to recreate morally driven, whole, and functioning communities centered on mankind&#8217;s need of nutritious agricultural commodities&#8230; going Back To Our Roots.\u00a0 As needs are met, tangential needs and opportunities could be added.<\/p>\n<p>Faithful Remnant Communities are localized groups whose common beliefs create responsible, interactive, morally-sound and accountable communities.\u00a0 The participating individuals combine their unique gifts and skills to create a functioning and sustainable community centered on Spiritual and Constitutional values.<\/p>\n<p>The New Model is based on our primary need for vital nutrients and is supportive of their sustained output.\u00a0 It recognizes the need for clean, toxin free water, and nutritionally dense toxin free food&#8230; the basis of sustainable, healthy life.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to find established farming areas and operators who currently support -or are willing to support- sustainable, organic farming methods&#8230; and need assistance to establish, maintain and\/or expand their operations.\u00a0 While capital is a commonly recognized need, efforts need to be made to identify other methods of support, ranging from labor to specialized services, to consumer involvement on several levels.<\/p>\n<p>Efficient initial implementation would pair farm communities in need of capital and services with people looking to find consistent, reliable food and water sources\u2026 creating the Win-Win of a healthy, localized, socially productive community.<\/p>\n<p>Faithful Remnant Participation will morph to include other ideas and needs as the basic unit matures and blossoms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ORGANIZATIONAL METHOD<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>My vision of the organizational method is to resurrect a proven vehicle that dates back to early English common law\u2026 the Common Law Trust.\u00a0 <em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/sovereignhope.org\/index.php\/common-law-trust\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">See Common Law Trust Essay<\/span><\/a>)<\/em> \u00a0 As the attached article shows, this method of Association has a long and effective history in both English and American history.\u00a0 The reason I am attracted to it is quite simple\u2026 it allows the participants to maintain complete control of their affairs&#8230; with no room for governmental intrusion or control.<\/p>\n<p>Consider this\u2026\u00a0 With the Corporate Form version, you must apply for \u2013and maintain- a license from the appropriate government agency\u2026 which is subject to unilateral revision, sanction or revocation.\u00a0 With the Unincorporated Form (Common Law Trust) you notify the appropriate government agency that you\u2019ve formed your group.\u00a0 The government cannot prevent or limit you from forming or operating your organization.<\/p>\n<p>The Unincorporated Association (Form) represents Sovereignty in action&#8230; it is the ultimate &#8216;owners making ultimate decisions&#8217; about their lives.\u00a0 It&#8217;s no wonder that it&#8217;s currently frowned upon by the current corporate monopoly that seeks complete control over all of your activities.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, they offer all the benefits of the current government controlled version\u2026 those being; entity shielding and capital lock-in, limited liability, legal personhood in litigation, tradable shares, and fiduciary powers and duties.<\/p>\n<p>Using this method would greatly streamline and stabilize the organization and operation of these various Faithful Remnant endeavors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">CONCLUSION<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In order for our currently abandoned Constitutional Republic to return to it&#8217;s former place of a limited government overseen by it&#8217;s Sovereign owners&#8230; and to once again\u00a0 become the shining example of moral, self-rule&#8230; \u2018We the People\u2019 -in our capacity as the rightful Sovereign Owners- MUST re-assert ourselves through our natural and originally uncluttered Leader\/Follower hierarchy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Our goals are: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">to attract and engage morally inspired leaders and followers from all 3 current generations\u2026 <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">to draw on each generation\u2019s experiences, strengths, needs and desires&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">to build off of existing infrastructure\u2026 <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">to benefit from past generations efforts of carving out productive land and establishing functional communities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Also important, is recognizing that the 2 major political parties have created polarizing views and positions that are contrary to our Sovereign management&#8230; and the well-being of the Individuals and States that form our country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">And -as importantly- that they are contradictory to our personal well-being and sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Since we are respectful of others opinions and viewpoints\u2026 and do not want to impose our opinions and viewpoints on them\u2026 we choose to delineate, clarify and clearly identify ourselves as those Americans who consciously choose to support and resurrect our Constitutional Republic and its form of limited government.<\/p>\n<p>We acknowledge other\u2019s viewpoints and invite them to also take responsibility for them, both socially and financially.<\/p>\n<p>We, the Faithful Constitutional Remnant, believe and honor the saying\u2026 \u2018All Choices have Consequences\u2019\u2026 and invite all others to understand this fundamental relationship.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">From this point forward, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\">We choose a moral and ethical way of life, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\">Based on a belief in God and our Sovereign ownership,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #800000;\">And on a nurturing and sustainable environmental model, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\">That seeks to replenish our souls, the land and our bodies. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">And as such,<br \/>\nWe encourage both visionary leaders and followers to come forward&#8230;
